About me I have a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. John's 2013), then received a diploma for Technical Writing at Algonquin College (Ottawa 2015). I worked for a few years in tech and manufacturing before deciding to pursue baking and pastry training during the pandemic, receiving a diploma for Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College (Toronto 2023). I have since worked as a pastry cook at Cabot Cape Breton (Panorama) in Inverness, Nova Scotia, and at Canoe in Toronto, Ontario. My most recent role was as a technical writer for semi-conductors in Sophia Antipolis FRANCE. I am currently residing Antibes, France with a work visa (visa salaire). |
